Where does the Vasari Corridor end?

The Vasari Corridor reaching the Oltrarno
At a door beside the Buontalenti Grotto in the Boboli Gardens. By day, museum staff then walk the group, without stopping, about 100 m to the Ammannati Courtyard of Palazzo Pitti. On Friday evenings you leave Boboli straight into Piazza Pitti through the Rondò di Bacco gate. The corridor ticket does not include a visit to Boboli or Pitti.

After the door

The visit is one way: it starts at Room D19 in the Uffizi and there is no going back. There are toilets at the end of the corridor, and a café and toilets in the Ammannati Courtyard. From there you can carry on into Boboli or Palazzo Pitti only with a valid ticket for them; otherwise you leave. If you want both, the 5-day PassePartout with the corridor, at €58, covers the Uffizi, Pitti and Boboli. The stops on the way are on what you see.

Getting back to the Uffizi

Anything left in the Uffizi cloakroom means a walk back by road: down Via Guicciardini, over the Ponte Vecchio, right on Lungarno degli Archibusieri and into Piazzale degli Uffizi. Better to bring nothing that needs the cloakroom; what to bring explains the bag ban.
